Armed with a degree in Restaurant Management and experience as a wellness coach, she recognized the perfect opportunity to combine her medical background with her entrepreneurial spirit.

Laura and her husband John have built a beautiful life together over their 20+ years of marriage. Their family includes twin boys, Crawford and Dixon, who are pursuing their college dreams at Samford and Auburn respectively. Their daughter Channing, 15, is currently a 10th grader at Springwood. When not at the restaurant, Laura cherishes quality time with her family, often heading out for hikes and walks with their beloved dogs, Hank and Winnie. These outdoor adventures provide the perfect balance to her busy life in the restaurant, healthcare, and wellness businesses.
